Creating a more compassionate society, starting from self
Togather for Good (TFG) aims to improve mental well-being and build a more compassionate society. As a catalyst of change, we bring together corporates, schools, community organizations, and service providers through collaborative interventions and experiences we design. Our goal is to drive change and improve mental well-being through partnerships by working with stakeholders across sectors who are coming Togather for Good.
Join us in engaging organisations, empowering individuals, and elevating lives and communities.
Our offerings
Consulting
We offer consulting services in the areas of communications, curriculum, and community to organisations in the mental well-being space looking to scale their impact and/or organisations looking to curate their community experiences. Consulting work includes conceptualising strategies as well as operationalising them where needed.
Programmes
We design digital and physical events for our partners. These include running workshops, talks, conferences, exhibitions, etc and bringing in partners with the right expertise. They also include events based on developed curriculum as well as on-demand sessions based on the needs of the organisations.
Interview Series
We believe in the power of stories to spark ideas and inspire positive change. We have been interviewing individuals from different backgrounds who have shared on the intersections of mental well-being. Recordings are being done in video and audio format for content to be repurposed on various TFG platforms when they launch in the near future.
Products
We are looking at developing a suite of physical and digital products over time to compliment our other interventions and that add value to the community. These products include technological solutions such as an application, games, ebooks, toolkits, etc.

TFG is currently taking part in Season 4 of the Youth Action Challenge. This is the
Mental Well-Being Challenge Statement that we are addressing:
'How can we encourage discussions on mental well-being topics (e.g., by facilitating difficult conversations with peers, family members, colleagues, or members of the public) to reassure and engage youth in overcoming their concerns to help seeking, promote and normalise mental well-being and help-seeking?'
TFG-YAC
Support from YAC will go a long way in supporting the implementation of TFG initiatives, including physical and digital interventions and content creation with partners to raise awareness of mental well-being. The grant will go towards fair compensation for creatives and vendors, as well as sustainable operations such as business development, marketing and team expansion. These efforts will contribute to furthering TFG's mission of enhancing mental well-being and creating a more compassionate society. Two specific initiatives are mentioned below.

Peer Support Workshops with HPB
Co-designed with Health Promotion Board, the workshops are targeted at youth in community organisations so that they can be better equipped to identify those who need greater support and have greater confidence in having conversations with others about mental well-being. The workshop curriculum will be centered around our value of compassion which looks at 3 aspects of notice, feel, and act. The workshops have been designed with continued safety and intersectionality in mind and as such, we have also partnered with Mental ACT. There will be 2 check-ins with peer supporters over 6 months post-workshops to track behaviourial changes and ensure that they have access to sustained care as well as to highlight individuals in the community who may need support. Best practices and learnings from this run will be used in designing toolkits for future interventions especially when scaling regionally and addressing other nuances.

Developing Elevate App & Soft Launch
‘Elevate’ seeks to be platform that further empowers individuals to be more pro-active about their mental well-being. Features will include accessing listings (activities/events/products) by vendors, access to mental health care providers, etc. In line with TFG's commitment to co-design interventions and the community with the community, the soft launch of Elevate will focus on releasing it to youth with different backgrounds to garner feedback and update features and user experience of the app. The soft launch will be done via digital campaigns and an experiential event, ‘The Good Fest’, to see vendors’ offerings first hand. The full version of Elevate will include more features including differentiated credits that can be used to offset cost of listings , premium content, engaging health care providers, etc. There will also be a greater B-B focus where corporates can purchase credits for their employees as part of their EAP.
